I got dentures here yesterday... They look amazing and I'm really happy with them... Also concord wasn't the closest aspen to me. West lebanon was... But I tried going there and it was a shit show... I had a scheduled appointment and they kept skipping over me and calling other people in that came in an hr later than me, when I asked I was told they didn't have a room available for me... yet they had a room available for everyone else they called back... I never once had to wait more than 15 mins tops at the concord office, and they actually care about their patients, and making sure they leave with the best results... So I traveled an hr an a half away for each appointment to get the better service, where I knew they would make my dentures as perfect as they could... if I stayed with the aspen in west lebanon I still wouldn't have my dentures yet, and I don't think they would have turned out at good as they did through concord... Thank u so much aspen for actually caring about your patients and making sure they are 100% satisfied...
My experience today was amazing! I have many different health conditions and between those and the meds to treat it I have really and I mean really bad teeth. I came in today (this Saturday appointment saved me ) and was met with I friendly receptionist, and an easy to fill out new patient paperwork on an iPad. I then was greeted by the nicest gentleman Matthew who I believe was the dental assistant! (Sorry if I am wrong). He was so nice and right from the start I felt no judgement whatsoever. He took my x rays very quickly and was very thorough at the same time. He made sure to take my pain and other medical issues into account and made sure I was comfortable. I have the worst dental anxiety due to dental trauma, overall anxiety, the state of my teeth etc. But he was very gentle and made sure I was alright. Dr. Huang was very nice as well! She was quick and careful, she listened to my concerns, and she came up with a solution to the problem that will require and oral surgeon (a back molar extraction in ten days! Pamela the receptionist was very nice and worked extra hard to get me the soonest appointment even if that meant going to a different aspen office. My end goal is dentures and I WILL be going through Aspen to do so! .
