Patients will follow an easy 3-step process of submitting their loan inquiry, completing an application by phone, and then scheduling an appointment using the EDS Patient Care Team.

Once a patient completes an application over the phone with the EDS funding team, the decision will come back within 10 seconds with the approved loan amount or denial reason.

The EDS funding team will need a complete application that will include: full name, SS#, home address, job & pay cycle, and bank account info (routing & account#). After submission our cloud-based software will make a decision within 10 seconds based on the banking history. (No-Credit-Check)

Yes, the minimum down payment for an EDS-Finance loan is $50 and will be taken during the loan application process after an approval decision is made.

EDS will disburse the approved funds directly to the dental office (based on their preferred payment method) within 2-3 days after the dental services have been completed. The dental office will need to provide EDS with a copy of the treatment plan prior to funding.

No, although the preferred option will be to use a participating EDS network dentist. Any dentist that is willing to accept the EDS-Finance terms and pay the loan service fee can be used.
