Yes, the minimum down payment for an EDS-Finance loan is $50 and will be taken during the loan application process after an approval decision is made.
EDS will disburse the approved funds directly to the dental office (based on their preferred payment method) within 2-3 days after the dental services have been completed. The dental office will need to provide EDS with a copy of the treatment plan prior to funding.
No, although the preferred option will be to use a participating EDS network dentist. Any dentist that is willing to accept the EDS-Finance terms and pay the loan service fee can be used.
